This 2.5 hours Investment Fund's Marketing Materials Review Workshop (In-Person Workshop) will include the following:
Part 1 - 45 minutes presentation by CompliancePlus's team on the Hong Kong SFC's requirements on marketing materials relating to SFC authorized funds, private funds, requirements of the SFC's Advertising Guidelines Applicable to Collective Investment Schemes Authorized under the Product Codes and related FAQs and some points to note and some common issues or deficiencies that may arise from the marketing materials review process in fund management companies and fund management industry and the key points in presenting fund's performance information and in conducting products/funds comparison etc.
Part 2 - 1.5 hours workshop with exercise, fact sheets reviews, presentational materials reviews and assignment and small group discussion on discussion of marketing materials with briefing and explanation to the participants by our trainers.
Workshop B

Time : 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Venue : 906, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
The goal of the workshop is to sharpen skills, compliance and regulatory knowledge and awareness of industry participants in preparing and reviewing marketing materials such as Fund Fact Sheets, Flyers, Brochure, Presentation Materials, Funds Literature, Advertisement etc. and in presenting fund's performance information and conducting products/funds comparison etc.
Certificate of attendance will be issued to participants that we are of the view that this workshop can be counted as CPT training under the SFC's Guidelines on Continuous Professional Training.
Maximum capacity for this Workshop is 10 persons. We will have 2 trainers in a workshop.
This workshop is particularly suitable for the following to join:
- compliance officers working in fund management companies (either retail fund houses or private/hedge fund management companies) that are interested in knowing more on how to review, prepare, conduct vetting of marketing materials
- marketing and sales support team's members involved in preparing marketing materials
- SFC licensed persons, SFC Responsible Officers and Managers-In-Charge (MIC) that are involved in marketing materials review, control and productions, or involved in marketing planning and strategies.
Once payment is made and completed on line, a seat will be reserved for you automatically that you will be required to show payment proof on the day you attend the Workshop upon request by staff of CompliancePlus.
